After a long wait, Panic! At the Disco has announced a European concert for December 5th, 2010. Playing at the Action Sports and Music Festival at the Telekom Extreme Playgrounds in Berlin, they will be joined by two other acts, tba. No worries for those who can’t make the overseas concert.. it will be broadcast live on www.mtv.de and www.freecaster.tv.
